Default New Member and rider from WA!

Well I went to the dmv and got my permit...guess that means I am legal to ride now. Got my gear and just picked up a running project. Its a 89 CBR600F1. Missing a lot of bolts, and previous owner didn't really know what he was doing when he tried to "improve it" so that gives me some work to do this winter. I just wanted to post saying hi and good riding. Hope to have some pictures up in the next day or two!

And sorry but I was remiss in not mentioning the MSF course. If you are a new rider or just haven't been riding for years it is an excellent course

Hey there Nailo13, congratulations on your new bike & good luck fixing it up. This forum is very helpful with that. Like stated earlier, the MSF course is extremely helpful at developing good rider skills; highly recommended.
Welcome to CBRF

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am 23 and have no road exp...a little on the dirt which helps but a noob over all. Trying to decide to keep it looking original or if I want to update it next winter....hmmm choices. Maybe restore the body to stock then make my performance mods.
