Hey Folks,
New CBR owner here. My name is Caleb and I live in Nova Scotia.
A little history on my bike experience. I started riding a year ago on a 2009 Ninja250r SE (wife would not let me get anything higher than a 250 as a starter bike). I was hooked from the start. Love throwing the thing around in the twisties.

I very quickly grew comfortable and confident with my riding and desired something more. I had always wanted to build a bobber so in July of this year I picked up a non running 1989 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 for $850 and got to work. I loved the project and couldn't wait to strip off the police uniform at the end of the day and work on it late into the night. Once thebuild was done I put about 1200km on it before deciding to let it go and get a bigger Sport bike (still have the Ninja). Cruiser style bikes just don't do it for me apparently.

A few days ago I met with a guy 5 hours away (we met half way) and we swapped bikes. This is how I came in possession of my current bike, a 1999 Honda CBR 600 F4. Talk about happy. This thing has all the power I had been desiring, could drop down in the twisties just as easily as my Ninja, has a comfortable forward leaning seating position and sounds incredible.

It's not anywhere close to what I would call perfect condition. There have been some very poor cosmetic repairs done over the years.
A list of things I plan to do to bring it up to my standards:
-New fairings (poor condition)
-New mirrors (they don't match)
-New grips (Too smooth and can't get a good grip)
-Flush mount turn signals
-Integrated tailight (current one not in good shape)
-Undertail (current one is hacked up)
-new headlight bulb (someone put HIDs in it and I have no low beam)
