You do indeed have the last of the 'old style' bananna seat CBR600F's she is a 2006 model as that is the last year that particular bike (F4i in the USA) was produced.
It was then registered in 2008 which is a bit strange, but does happen, are you on an 06 plate as sometime they went back to year of manufacture not the registration for the plate?
From a UK perspective the model run was 2001 - 2006 so the vast majority of parts are interchangeable, I do know some firms only list up to 2002 or 2004 for parts but they will fit. The only real difference is the removal of the adjustable forks for the UK after c. 2004 (cheapskates) and of course the paint schemes.

Glad to help, was not sure with the plate when DVLA started to match the year of manufacture to the plate.When I imported my 06 F4i from the states in 2017, they gave me an 06 plate, hence the question.
How long have you had, how many miles etc. Where are you in sunny... not so much Blighty?
