Hi Everyone, I am one of those born again riders. My Honda won't start. As far as I know the battery is good. When I turn the key to the on position, the fan comes on, the display on the dashboard doesn't light up. I removed the fan fuse, the bike still doesn't start. I am desperate to fix this issue, one I miss riding, and two, I need to sell the bike urgently. Any help much appreciated.

Hey Lorenzo, welcome to the CBR Forum,

Get the battery checked, sometimes a cell can collapse and soon as any load it put on it, it fails.

Cheers, SB

Thanks SB and wheelnut for the welcome and advice. Will do, get the battery checked. Just wondering, silly question, if it is the battery, then why does the fan come on?

There's probably enough power to run the fan, but not crank the bike.

Welcome to the forum.
