Default New Member in CT

Hi everyone I'm a new member here. I just bought a 2002 954. I also own other bikes on and off road and I will need some help my bike is no were near perfect and I'm fixing up a miss treated bike that I got from a guy who though he was a stunter. I been around bikes all my life started at a earler age of 7 when I got my first mini bike. And I'm an automotive technician. Not sure what else to write at this time I'm a bit tired it's 2am lol

Welcome to the board! Our official greeter is on vacation so you get stuck with the lowly admin[8D] Peeps here are the best ... lots of knowledge and years of experience. Just don't be shy. When you get a chance post up some pics of the new toy. Always nice to see the before and after shots of a project bike.

Here are a couple pics they are bad I know. I have already done work to the bike since I got it. New tires and brakes all around and a lot of cleaning. Bike was a bit abused and has 19,000 miles and a second gear problem among other things it needs. I have a lot of parts coming that a won on Ebay. And I'm going to just change out the second gear shift fork and see what happens.

Ahhh, the old shift fork problem ... we know it well. That is the only thing Honda has in common with the rest of the industry ... weak shift forks. Pics are M.I.A.
