Wanted to say hi to everyone. Just got a 94 CBR 1000F. What a nice bike, I miss my days on a Honda. I had a 84 VF1000F and this bike reminds me a little of it. I have some item's to correct prior to spring so hopefully with the knowledge base that is here you guys and gals can help me. My biggest item is that the bike is a California model and the previous owner pulled all the emmisions gear off and the bike does not purr like a good Honda should. Can some one steer me straight. previous owner pulled the pair valves and now is venting to the air thru fuel filters. Should this be plugged off ? Next he put a Vance and Hines SSR2 pipe and Dyna jett kit and has the needles at clip 3, are these suppost to be at clip 2? Eventually looking to convert bike back to stock trim, anyone have a dual exhaust and side covers they are looking to sell or trade for my Vance and Hines exhaust. Thank you for your help.

Hi Lord Jersey, sorry that I did not write back sooner Uncle Sam keeps me busy. Is that an Erion edition that you have, Nice bike. I did not want to go to a bike as radical as that, maybe I am gettingold, thats why Ipicked the 1000f. In the 80s I hada GSXR 750 and an 1100. I still love the style and handling though of a pure sport bike. Good luck with that awesome ride and if you ever ride to Boston give me a shout.

Hi Pitsvtec, sorry that I did not write back sooner. I work for Uncle Sam and I get sent on field trips around the world every once in a while. I love the pictures of your F4, the color stripes on the wheels really accent the bike. Good luck with your ride, If you or your friends are ever riding through Boston give me a shout. Keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up.
