Hey guys just wanted to say hi. I purchased an 03 solid black 600RR a couple months ago. It fell over in a trailer and cracked the plastic around the right front blinker(or atleast that is what i was told). Dealer let it go for just under $4000. This is not my first bike. I bought a new 02 f4i back in june of 02. I got too comfortable to fast and one day tooka corner faster than I could handle. Bike was a total loss. Iwasn't hurt even though I had no gear on,but it took me a while to decide that I wanted to ride again. Can't wait until summer. Glad to be here

I do wear gear alot of the times, but I still love being out in jeans t-shirt and sun glasses on a warm day. I know most preach about wearing gear, but I understand and accept the potetenial consequences that it may have. I did however take a motorcycyle saftey course. Hopefully I don't get flamed to bad.

I'm with you on the t-shirt...but I have been hit with too many flying rocks and dragonflies to ever go without my helmet. Either way, welcome to the site and enjoy your bike.

Welcome, gear is your choice. We (some of us) still like to preach it though.
