Hello everyone, I am new to forums but wanted to join in as I have recently passed my Mod 2 and bought a CBR 600 F3!
Loving the switch from a 125 onto a 600! I just want the temperature to get better as I live in the UK and its currently -5C and I desperately don't want to drop my bike so soon into owning it due to ice

Looking forward to having a scroll through the forum to learn more about the F3

Welcome to the forum and well done for passing your bike test.
What a nice looking machine, nice colour scheme.
I'm really looking forward to it getting a bit warmer as well, we haven't seen these temps for quite a while.
Take care and keep the 'shiny' side up.

Thank you!
I am hoping to start commuting again next week as the forecast says we will be back in the positive figures! I was told by a friend to not ride unless its above 5C so im sticking to that for now until I get some more time on it, would you think thats a good rule or have you been risking it recently? (That is if you are also from the UK)

nice looking f3. I don’t know that I’ve seen that color scheme before. I like it.

Thank you!
I haven't seen many images of this colour scheme either, if it wasn't on the cover of my Haynes manual I would have thought it was a re-spray haha

That's one of the nicest examples of a 1996 CBR600F3 from the EU that I've seen on here in many years. That's a great find.

Thank you!! I think the colours are great! Mines had a bit of a respray (just the tank) but the plan is to get it all cleaned up. I’ve got the stock exhaust too but thought I’d leave the blue flame on cause it sounds awesome

Yes I am in the UK as well.
I would go with your friends recommendation as there is a potential for ice at c.4 deg or below.
