Good to have you w/ us Ryan. Congrats on getting your 600RR.
I'd suggest first having your suspension set up just for you. Take it to a suspension specialist & have it set up right.
Check your brakes. Install some good quality brake pads. The factory Honda pads are excellent.
How do your tires look? A great set of new tires can make a bike feel like new. Dual-compound tires are great for traction/twisties & durability of everyday commuting.
When funds allow, you could loose the heavy stock exhaust for something lighter.
You'll get about every suggestion in the book for mods but you can't go wrong w/a proper suspension set-up, good brakes, & good tires. :-)
