Hello everyone, my name is jon and i just bought a 1999 CBR 600 F4. This is my first bike. hopefully I will get some good memories out of it. I will def take any advice for new riders and i look forward to my stay here

 

Hi Jon, welcome to CBRF. If you haven't take the MSF class, def do that. And All gears all the time.

Yea I took the class two weekends ago it taught me alot

 

Welcome aboard Jon. I have an F4 also, great bikes.

Good to hear you've taken the MSF. Build on those techniques & practice. Ride within your limits. I.e. Ride Your Own Ride. One recommendation... Be sure to leave yourself distance btwn vehicles & other riders, for corrections & stopping distance. Remember the "Two Second Rule"? ;-)

When you get a chance, post up pics of your bike in the F4 picture thread in the F4 section.
