New to forums, not to riding...chica from FL.
Hey all!
I've been lurking and watching and waiting before I subscribed but I figured I'd say hey and hope to meet more of you. A little about me and mine...
I've grown up as a passenger (Mom rode growing up, frequently around Harley's) and finally got my first bike about 4 years ago (a Buell...I know I know!)...
Decided it was time to upgrade and now am the proud owner of an 05 CBR600RR. Pure stock and probably will stay that way. There are a lot of organized rides around here that I participate in. I haven't been able to ride a whole lot lately due to the daily threat of impending rain (welcome to Florida..grr..). But after being a passenger for years I had to be in the driver's seat. I still love being a passenger, though... Nothing still quite like being able to take your surroundings in from the back seat with someone else riding and you get to see everything w/out worrying about keeping your eyes on the road.
Happy to see there are so many ladies on these forums...and after going to a local Ladies Night at the Honda dealer found a lot of local ladies here in town.
Can't wait to make everyone's acquaintance. I'm chock full of questions...but even though I'm a newbie to this forum, I'm not a newbie to forums in general and I'll continue to do my share of lurking and searching before I post any questions that I truly feel I havent been able to find an answer to.
Jessie.

Welcome to the board! And don't worry about posting questions without searching ... the search button is real rusty and I'm not even sure if it works anymore[8D]
