Just wanted to say hello to everyone. My name is Matt. I have am '05 CBR 600RR. I want to upgrade but just might hold on to my bike for a little longer. I am in the Air Force, stationed at Shaw AFB in South Carolina. I am originally from Atlanta, GA. If I decide to keep my bike I wanted to get some ideas of more to do to it and be able to talk to other honda owners. My friend referred me to these forums.

I would say that if you are at a point where you don't know what else to do to your bike........might I suggest Superbike racing schools. Take your bike to these classes with a good set of tires, have them set your suspension, and you'll realize how much of this bike's performance was hidden from you all these years.

I would say hold on to her. (or upgrade NOW to a 1000RR before the 2008's come out.........they're butt-ugly IMO)

oh, and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the site! I'd say I'd need a list of things you've done TOO the bike before we can start giving you idea's of what ELSE you can do.

I have a list of some mods in my sig. I don't like to share all performance mods to everyone. I wanted to upgrade to a 954 or a zx-10r but not sure yet. 954's are hard to come by. Either way whatever I got I was going to chrome out and get custom paint, extended swingarm, 300 kit, and several performance mods. I want to go big on my next bike...I just don't want to waste more time and money on a 600 if I don't end up keeping it.

You can't go wrong with a Hi-Busa, there are alot of parts out there for that stuff and a whole lot of people doing that kind of thing. Have fun and enjoy.

I don't like anything about busa's. Yes they are sick bikes but they are ugly IMO. I'd rather go zx-14 but I don't want a bike that big anyways. Thanks for your input though
