Talking New to forum

im new to the forum, and just recently started riding about 8 months ago

my first bike: 2001 honda f4i

current mods:
repsol aftermarket kit(ebay lol)
devil sb2 high mount exhaust cf
dynojet pc3 usb with map
driven power up kit
superbike undertail
929 oem mirrors
dp clutch
gauge cluster lighting upgrade
bored cams(supposedly from previous owner)
vortex clipons
vortex rearsets
pc tires(need new )

mods in next couple of months before track season :
-micron serpent headers w/custom fit level one racing 260mm cf exhaust
-"west" aftermarket fairings kits(again from ebay)
-flush mount turn signals
-superbike undertail(led lighting)
-"resonator" mod for f4i to get "real" ram air intake

Mods in the way future if i keep the bike:
-factory pro quickshift kit(only because I am not that technologically familiar with the clutch and engine works as of yet)
-ohlins shock although the showa works just fine for my weight(165lbs)
-man cam chain tensioner(im way too scared to take out the engine and not be able to put it back)
-racetech forks(maybe)

Anyways about me:
I am currently a part time college student, even though i don't know what field i want to go in. Also work full time as a pharmacy technician for kaiser permanente neuro center in rwc. I just love to ride, and wanted a motorcycle ever since i was 16 but got a car instead , but 8 months ago i got a motorcycle with some of my savings! It was well worth it...since then I only got into 1 lowside which was due to wet road(water=enemy). Since then i have decided to hold back on the rough riding, but the f4i handles perfectly most of the times!

Let me know if you have any comments and/or suggestions on improving the handling/performance sector of the bike. Well there isn't a real substitute in handling/performance for the rider, and I am very well aware of that. I would love some tips on handling through curves and tight corners on the street/track.

Thank you for reading my "essay" lol.

That was good hahaha College sucks, Im a student as well and dont really know what i plan to do either! As far as handling I suggest taking a MSF course if its available to you. I know some places offer an experienced rider courses you can also take. As for handling Best advice I can give you is dont get too cocky and look into the turn not straight ahead! Post some Pics of the Bike!!! I have an 02 F4i they are excellent machines! Welcome to the Forums TONS of info for you here.
