I just purchased a 96' F3 from a friends wife. It has sat for 2 1/2 years and battery is junk. Removed all the old fuel from the tank and carbs.
I got it to turn over last night but it will not run. So I pulled the carbs and will be cleaning them tonight.
I will be on here alot til I get it in good running condition.
My other current rides are 11' zx10r (drag only), 05' zx10r (streetfighter).

A good carb cleaning should do the trick. After sitting that long, it's too be expected.

welcome to CBRF! unlike a lot of other forums, we tend to like all bikes in general - so don't be afraid to post pics, ask questions about, or in general talk about your other bikes. i hope you get the f3 goin' quick. i'm sure it's just as you've stated, dirty carbs, bad gas, etc. hopefully it'll get up and running quick with new gas, cleaned carbs, and a new battery
