Whats happenin CBR forum. New guy here, was rockin a gsxr 750, but decided to up grade to an 05 cbr 1000rr repsol and man do i love her. Just pushed her over 5k so she's a baby too. So I had a couple questions. Best exhaust? I don't like yoshi pipes and was just going to do a slip on. I want a deep grunt but some tune to it. And, How tough are these motors? I hear they're good, but do they hold up well?

Welcome aboard CBRocketRR. We won't hold the gixxer stuff against ya. ;-)

Congrats on your 1000RR. Like CBRclassic said, Honda engines are tough!

There are multiple discussions on various cans/systems are favorites, etc. Be sure to check the 1000RR section, among others, for options & feedback.

Good to have you here!
