Default New 93 F2 (lots of pics)

Yesterday I picked up my 4th bike. A 93 cbr600 F2, I'm in love. I have owned a Ninja 500, 06 SV650S, and a 94 ZX6. This is my favorite bike so far Id have to say. Its in excellent condition and I love the factory paint jobs on the older bikes

The guy I bought it from did the valves, oil, carbs, chain, tires, and sprockets less than 500 miles ago and kept it extremely clean. Currently has 20K miles on it. Paid 2200 for it, book was 1900 or so but I figure for how clean it was and how it literally needs NOTHING, I was ok with it. Especially after test driving some other F3's this weekend (pure junk). Only has a slight amount of rash on the right side. Im glad to be apart of the CBR community since I have owned Honda cars my whole life, on with the pics!

Considering I just gave $1100 for a 92 that needs everything you mentioned, and had been laid down, and is filthy, I think you did pretty well. Nice ride.

Looks like an undertail was done - where are the rear turnsignals hidden - I can't pick em out in the pics. Can't imagine someone leaving the stock reflectors but removing the directionals?

Around these parts that would be one heck of a deal. Beautiful bike in great shape. You did really well.

Welcome, B! Real sharp F2, man. I'd say you did ok, too. I like that color scheme a lot.
Enjoy the forum and ride safe!

Ya man, he took off the rear turn signals and integrated them into the taillight. Probably a bad thing since I think the turn signals have to be what, maybe six inches apart at least? And he left the stock relectors on most likely cuz they are connected by metal to the passenger foot pegs.

Welcome to CBRF!! I love seeing F2s that have been cared for and yours definitely looks like it's been loved. Congrats!! Always liked them in that color scheme too.

Hello and Welcome to the Hood we call CBR Forum. I think the rear turn signals is fine. I did that on my 87 Cane. You may want to change the Fluids on the bike. Ride Safe...
