Smile need advice on cbr600f4i

I've been looking at getting into biking for a little while, but I don't have a ton of money to spend on a bike. I found this bike on craigslist: ( I hope these links work, sorry this is my first time posting) This is a cbr 600f4i with 22,000 miles and only two owners. It's being sold for just 1200$, but I've seen similar mileage bikes of the same model priced over twice that. I've heard these bikes are very reliable and last forever, as well as being tons of fun. The bike is in fair shape cosmetically, but it doesn't run. The owner stated that the problem was clogged fuel injectors. Does anyone know if this is a difficult fix? Should I pass on this bike or would it be worthwhile to try and save it?

the FI light flashes 48 times: 48 blinks: No. 3 Secondary injector malfunction, DNS Also, the fuel pump primes and the engine turns but doesn't start

Welcome to CBRF!

If you put. , the pictures will imbed to the site. I did it for you,

As far as the bike, I don't know about the F4is, but you could gamble with used injectors off eBay. It depends on what the code actually is... Check the f4i section

Welcome, whatever your name is....

Beware, more often than not a cheap bike is the most costly bike out there, becoming money pits before the first mile.

That bike has taken damage. Make sure to look it over thoroughly before buying it, taking into consideration your budget and all the repairs it will need to put it on the road and be safe. Don't forget to factor in gear for your body as well.

Find out if the seller would be willing to let your mechanic look at it. Offer the mechanic $300 to do a thorough pre-buy for you. He gets this regardless if you buy or not. Tell him to produce an estimate to fix everything that you want, mechanically and cosmetically. Then the two of you go over the list and scratch out things that you'll do yourself later. That document then becomes a contract for him to fix at that price. If it's worthwhile to you, then you reduce your risks. The mechanic will have to be someone who is honest and trustworthy but he's also taking a little risk and will likely charge a little premium to do this but it can work out for the both of you. Good luck.
