Default N00b on here, and pretty much new to street bikes

Picked up a '05 F4i that needs some lovin'...

gonna try and get it back to good, and either make a track bike (always wanted to do that) or a work commute bike and just do track days.

The bike has some stuff done to it already. Polished frame and swingarm, and a CBR 600RR front end. Right now it just needs to have the wiring gone through and it really needs a headlight and tail section. Not too bad!

I'm coming from dirt bikes and couldn't pass this up.

I'll probably be asking some bonehead questions, and I'm sure I'll get the **** for it... But I can take it... got to start somewhere, huh?
Thanks for looking,
Barry

Hey there Barry, congratulations on your new bike. Looks like it's got quite a few upgrades on it already; that's always a good plus. As for bonehead questions, who cares? Worst you'll get is, "use the search option!", lol. There's tons of F4i owners here, so make yourself at home. Good luck with your repairs & keep us updated.

Real nice little project you've got there, Barry. Like Incognito said, there are some great F4i guys here to help you out if you need it.
Welcome to the forums, man!
