Bout $600 for them to ship to my location. That's just 1 example. And prices will drop over the winter

see, i don't even know how far in years i should go back in a bike. like i thought anything in the 90's would be not good..soo whats a good time frame on years for bikes i should look at.. as well as mileage, i dont know if a bike is still considered good past a certain mileage.
we i just found a 1993 honda cbr with 27,000 miles on it for 2400..i don't even know if thats good or not..lol.

Now THIS would be a good buy. What a clean example of an F3.
maddagascar, there is nothing wrong with a 90's motorcycle....although I am a little biased. ;-)

I bought a stunt bike for around the same price a year ago. Don't do it. There will be hidden damage to the bike. You don't want to ride a bike that could have damaged forks, gears, triples, rims etc. I spent another 1500 to get the bike right. I love my 929 though. In Fla, where I live, you can get a very clean bike for 2500. You should take someone with you that has experience with bikes though. Always make sure to check for leaks after the bike is warmed up.Good Luck

Yes. 34K is not that much on a Honda. Especially one that has been well taken care of, which you can tell that one has. A bike that has been kept stock and/or a bike that has been kept up and clean will be much easier to inspect and detect any issues. Stunt bikes are crap for anything else other than stunting.
