May as well re-introduce myself
Hi All,
Been a member here for a bit, joined up when I first bought my ugly 96 F3 (600 bucks, why not?). Just got i running with lots of help from a friend who is a more competent mechanic than I. Took my MSF course earlier this summer and am in the process of riding the thing as much as I can now. Still need a new to work out some kinks (overheating in traffic and broken speedo) but aside from that the ugly factor, this thing is soooooo nice o ride. I even rode a whopping (for me) 120 miles last weekend. As soon as I get my new chain I'm going to start hitting the mountain passes here in Colorado (within my limits of course). So anyway... hi!

Thanks, it was a steal, had it running 30 minutes after putting in a new battery and gas. Of course, it needed tires, fork seals, brake pads, new chain, manual cam chain tensioner, and it's REALLY ugly. But, that aside, it's a blast to ride thanks for the warm welcome!
btw the name is a nickname by brothers wife gave me, after a particularly intoxicated new years eve, apparently I was everyones friend and so drunk I was able to break up two fights by simply confusing people good times... I think?
