Default I should probably introduce myself.

Hello everyone, I'm Steve. I'm on an 02 954 with no 4th gear, which is what led me to your site. I'm an avid rider and an avid poster my local minnesota forum. I'm looking to get my transmission fixed by the end of the month so I can have a nice ride out in Sturgis this year!! :P

Welcome Steve! You'll have to ask some smarter people than me for advice on the tranny but good luck!

As far as tranny help goes you might want to ask Sprock... I hear he's an expert on trannys

Thanks for the help! I posted up an official help forum in the 954 section.. Sturgis is an amazing place to ride and I can't imagine doing it with 1st 3rd 5th and 6th gears only.. That would be ridiculous!!
