I looked a little more.. some bike can't come in.. but most are off brands or some harley models. under honda it just said "no exemptions" so good! but the bidding on ebay is going up. I'm not sure what a fair price is, and I have to the RIV fee.. plus taxes at the boarder.. so little more money here..

 

Check Kijiji there are quite a few anywhere from $2800 - $6000, just do as wide a search as you are willing to drive. The one that is 2800 is in New Brunswick and looks like a good deal.
