There's a small hole either side of the frame so you can put a long Philips through. Hope this helps

 

Thanks! Yeah, I found that and was able to use it after I got one of those long-*** HF screwdrivers. Unfortunately I have to pull them again as I think I have a vacuum leak from the insulators (which were rock hard)

I've lost count of how many times mine have been off but mine had been sitting for 7 years and was full of nasty water

 

HF to the rescue!
One way to test for leaks around the isolation boots is to take a portable propane or mapp gas torch and crack it open just a bit round the boots while the engine is running. If the RPM's rise, you have a leak.

 

I wonder what the conversation was like that ended with "well let's just put a hole in the frame so you can get to the screws."
