Default hot weather oil

its about to get really hot here in the california central valley like it does every summer, talkin like 110 max on at least a half dozen days, and most will be over 100.

will I still be good to use Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W-40 in my 600F3 or should I switch to another brands 20w50 , mobil 1 has a "v-twin 20w50" saying that it has special stuff for those engines.

thanks!
