Default Honda CBR600F3 RS 50th Anniversary Limited Edition

Hello there, I have recently just purchased a Honda CBR600F3 RS 1998 50th Anniversary Limited Edition.

This bike apparently was commissioned by Honda UK in the 3rd generation models as a Limited Edition of only 50 to celebrate their 50th year trading in the UK.

These bikes appear to be exceptionally rare and I have only found 2 for sale online, both of these bikes are going for £3,000+ and both have over 25,000 miles on the clock.

After a while of digging deeper, I noticed these bikes were tuned by Russell Savaroy of RS Performance whilst also upgrading the camshafts, suspension, re-mapped, Harris rearsets, Akrapovic exhaust system, the UK company 'Dream Machine' also painted the bike in an exclusive colour combination and I am sure I have forgotten a few other things aswell regarding the tuning.

Anyway, who else can tell me more about this bike?

I've contacted RS Performance directly and I await a reply from Russell in the New Year when he has returned to his office.

And, does anyone else own one? Mines is #08.

I am also on the lookout for whatever spares I can buy aswell, so please fell free to post links if there is anything 50th Anniversary you have come across and/or own for this model.

Thanks and look forward to your replies

Ronnie, Central Scotland, CBR600F3RS.

Welcome to CBRF! That seems like a nice motorcycle. I'm sure it will be a great ride! I loved my F3, but it didn't have world class tuning like that bike does. Great find.

Welcome to the CBR Forum Ronnie,

Great to see you found us and now I'm looking forward to pictures of your bike. Most of us use Photobucket and the IMG code to post pictures so perhaps give that a go.

Cheers, SB
