Honda cbr 1000 rr cdi problem

Help help.I have motorcycle honda cbr 1000 rr 2007 year.
My problem is the cdi (ecu) that has code because it is a model for Europe.
Can I put on my motorcycle cdi (ecu) from honda cbr 1000 rr American model that does not have code

Hi , is it the ECU that's failed I take it yours has HISS, either way you would probably need the US loom as well, seldom that the ECU fails
