thanks guys hope you like it glad to see a few ozzies here as well!!
and i have a couple of mates i can ride with that are experienced riders so they will be a great help
i do have a question if someone can help, i know it is a great bike for running around town but i was wondering if once i have my confidence levels up and more confident would it be possible to do a small trip on the bike or would it be best to wait to upgrade to a bigger bike such as a 250 for trips??

Your CBR will do interstate quite well if you stick to the speed limits .... they are fine to run all day at 100klph - 110 klph!! :-)

The only thing to be concerned about is all the other road users and your confidence ....the bike will be fine ....
