Hi from Denton, Texas
HI!
I just bought an old 1989 CBR600F. I've wanted one of these bikes since I was in high school roadracing my old Kawi EX500 and I saw the original ads for the Hurricane. The tag line "Even the Ninja must hide from a Hurricane." Pretty effective advertising if I remember it 20+ years later. LOL!
I won't post pics of the old lady because, well, she's UGLY atm. Mechanically she seems like she's new (a great fun to ride!), but the previous owners have made the body less than attractive. I did get a complete new set of plastics with the bike though, so I can remedy that.
I hope that this forum is just as friendly and helpful as the Jeep ones I'm a member of....I'm sure it will be. Motorcyclists, like Jeepers, are a tight lot for the most part.

Welcome to the Forum, MischiefMan!!
The people here are great, no worries about that.
I'm a Jeep guy, too. My dd is a '97 5sp XJ.
It's cool that you got new plastics with the bike. That's the major part of a refresh right there. Good luck on it, and ride safe!
Any questions along the way, just ask!
