Hey Dylan, welcome to CBRF!! You've come to the right place if you get stuck or need any advice, and even if you're handy and don't, then maybe you can help others in here out. Either way, it's all good.

Good luck on your rebuild and keep us posted on your progress. Exactly what parts of the bike are you rebuilding?

Enjoy the forums

Talking :)

Thanks guys! ive been part of other forums before where ppl were a$$holes so its nice to know that this is a good place.

Oh an im rebuilding the entire bike. Ive replaced everything electrical except the horn that works fine and the voltage regulator and I might need to replace one of the handle bar switches. idk yet. I dont want to get elbow deep in an engine if i dont have to. I bought this bike for 370$ but it needs a lot of work. I still dont know if the engine turns over or not. I might need to rebuild that too or fine a new one. Ill keep ya posted

Welcome aboard, Dylan!
That's a cool name. I've always liked that name. You rarely see it in older guys, usually only in the 3-10yr old crowd since it seems to have exploded in popularity in the last 10yrs.

Anyway, nice to meet you. My name is Dylan.

Good to see you're tearing into the old girl and getting her fixed up. For $370, you certainly got a deal no matter what. You could part her out and make that much easy.
I wish you luck with it, and if you have any questions, ask away!
