i cant upload pictures on this site!!! what am i doing wrong? it keeps saying my file is too large. PLEASE HELP!!!

 

I don't have any photo editting software so I just go into paint and open the picture then go up to the top and hit view I think then sketch skew OR just hit ctrl + w and adjust your percentages for horizontal and vertical. Save it and check the file size to see if it's small enough to be uploaded. Just make sure that when you adjust the horizonal percents that you keep them the same numbers or the pic will get all funky looking.
