Ebay. But if they dont have one, you would have to take the old one off anyhow to replace it so if you cant find one pull the old off and take it to a welding/fabrication shop. Maybe they could weld it for you.

You could repair it yourself with Loctite Metal Epoxy or JB Weld etc - people have had successful results repairing cracked sumps, engine side cases etc with these 'cold weld' epoxy systems.

You can also re-thread the sump's oil plug with a helicoil repair if stripped (or get a shop to do it for you).

Thanks guys - the oil pan is toast. Think I have found one on eBay. I have a another question-should there be a gasket on the oil pan ?also the headers do they need o rings , as only one was fitted when I removed. Thanks

No problem - Ebay is your best friend in these situations

I lifted the following from the manual - no I don't have this detailed information stored in my head lol

There is no gasket for the sump - clean the mating surfaces of the sump and crankcase and smear both surfaces with sealant (Three Bond 1207B or equivalent), position the sump onto the crankcase and install the bolts finger tight, tighten the bolts evenly and a little at a time in a criss cross pattern to avoid distorting the sump (don't overtighten ).

If you are fitting the relief valve from your old sump into your replacement sump then you will need to fit a new 'O' ring to the relief valve (smear it with oil when fitting) part: 91313-MG7-004

If the oil strainer is removed/refitted you will need a new gasket part 15154-MM5-000 - smear the strainer gasket with oil and fit it into the strainer orifice in the crankcase, do not fit it onto the strainer as it will distort when the strainer is fitted onto the pump, fit the strainer locating the tab in the groove in the crankcase lug onto the oil pump.

The headers will need new gaskets - part 18291-MV9-000
