Default Help?

Hello, I have a 94 1000. Had carb problem when I bought it. Cleaned and jetted. Still have a cylinder down at idle. Comes alive at revving but when I ride it works good through throttling until I want to hold steady speed, cylinder goes down again. HELP? Want to get to the STRIP ASAP.
Oh ya,had vaccuum gauges on it to.

Hi Charles,
Please take a moment to introduce yourself to the forum.
Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what other bikes do you have etc.
We also love pictures.
From your symptoms it would suggest that either there is still some muck in the carbs or possibly a coil pack / plug.
Cheers
Al

Carbs most likely... specifically the one on the cylinder that's not working correctly. Did you take the carbs off the rail? Did you remove the idle mixture screw?
