Default "Hello there"

Picked up a 97 a bit over a month ago i think? Did a track day with it already, had some stumbling at the top? It seams to run better when the weathers cold out (front wheel pops up easily then in first)

Had the chance to get a dyno done right after putting in new plugs a few days ago where it was stumbling up top again and running lean (~79* out) but i'll make another thread about that later.

About the bike
Supposedly big bore 638
Ohlins rear
something front setup
k&n air filter (questions about that too)
actually has a street title and i ride it on the street somewhat legal
spedo was decommissioned awhile ago so unknown mileage but probably had ~15k in 05? who knows
running water and waterwetter

Welcome! I love all the track photos so don't stop with just one!

Hope you get the jetting sorted we have a strong F3 following here and there is a ton of info! TBH I'm not a huge fan of K&N actually I'm no fan of K&N I believe in the OEM but I'm trying out BMC and I have some time blocked out for the dyno on the 20th so I will report back! IIRC the HRC kit was the OEM filter with part of the filter media removed but I have found little info on it. You should get a data logger or a set of koso gauges I've got the RX-2N gauges from koso and they are great but looking back on it I should have saved a bit more and just get a data logger set. Anywho Welcome to the forum its a great place!!

Great photo of you on the track!

Here's a hint as well. Don't try to fly the 'plane in the second photo. Not only is it missing its engine, but most of the wings seem to have fallen off as well!

Cheers, SB
