Default Hello CBRforum!

Just another new guy here. I haven't gotten a bike yet, but I've always liked honda dirtbikes so I've been looking around for a good deal on a CBR.
I've been checking craigslist quite frequently, but haven't found "the one" yet.
If you all have any suggestions, let me know!

I would suggest getting one that's near stock as possible...don't get anything that's been sitting for too long? Do get someones un-complete project....if your new to this, get something near stock (never laid down, maturely own) you want to get as much miles under your belt as possible to gain experience...rather than getting a project bike. Just a thought...

Welcome aboard blackout16!

Take your time on finding a bike. There are lots of 'em out there. Take someone w/ you to look at them that knows what to look for in a used bikes. Of course, if the owner has service records, all the much better. Look here on the forum & online for used-bike-buyers-guides. Often times those checklists will have items that you've forgotten or didn't think of at all.

Of course, be sure to check out the MSF Course www.msf-org.usa .

If you like dirt bikes, this isn't where you'll find them...........a CBR isn't a dirt bike....................

Sorry, that's not what I meant. I should have worded it differently.
I'm looking for a CBR because I always liked the build quality of my Honda dirtbikes.

Thanks for the welcomes, guys..... and ClassicKerri-ann.
