Default Grips

I know this is probably a dumb question but I just got a 600rr and I want to put my new harris grips on it but I do not know how to take off the old ones. If anyone could suggest what to do I would appreciate it ![X(]

Sometimes you can make a small hole and use compressed air to pop them off. On my old Suzuki the glue was tooooo sticky for that trick and I ended up with the box cutter too.
