New member here, saying hello to everyone.
just acquired a 1994 CBR 1000F Was a non runner as is was a bit incontinent with the fuel when trying to start. Had the carbs apart today and discovered that only one of the floats was moving freely. Cleaned them up and put it back together and now have it running. That’s as far as I have got for today, but at least I know it’s a runner now.
You’ll have to bear with me for now, I have most of the fairing panels off of it. Just finished bleeding the brakes, will get some soon. Well I say just finished, I have been round the rears twice now and I have a good feel to the pedal, but I still seen the odd air bubble. Have ran almost a litre of fluid through it. Will go round them again tomorrow, when I get home from work.

Should do, it’s quite clean and has low mileage, but hasn’t been on the road for about 10 years. Have managed to get it running and giving it a fluid refresh. My first Honda so looking forward to this one.
