Bike not getting fuel!
The battery is at full charge, and the bike will turn over. The petcock is open, and the choke is on. If I spray some engine start into the carbs it will turn on long enough to rev up, then it turns back off.
I'm assuming the bike isnt getting fuel to the carbs. I've removed the gas tank, cleaned it out, as well as the pitcock. The only time it will run is when there is engine start spraying into the carbs.
How do I check if their getting fuel? Could something be sticking? I need help!
Thanks guys. Ride safe.

The more information you can pass on the better advice you will get.
It's always useful to know which model of bike you are having trouble with.
Was the bike running before you had trouble or had it been sat over the winter and you are starting it up for the first time this year? How old is the fuel in the tank?
Have you tried opening the drain screws on the float bowls to see you are getting fuel past the float needles?

His intro post yesterday indicates it's a 94 CBR 1000f
two things I'd suggest , buy a new battery as you indicated the existing one is weak
and a 1000F will not start easily on a failing battery.
next check the vacuum line from the carbs to the petcock is connected
if it is not the petcock will not open with no vacuum from the carbs
the line goes from carb one back to the rear of the petcock (small diameter rubber
vacuum line)
If that fails you'll need to thoroughly clean the carbs and I'd suggest checking the tank
for rust first if thats rusting it will need sealing as it will continually foul the carbs
If not a thorough carb cleaning by way of dis-assembly would be required
Resist the urge to blast them with air it'll just rip the rubber diaphragms in there
BTW welcome to the Forum and the Hurricane 1000F section
Stick a location in your profile there man so we know approx where you are @

Okay, I can't seem to figure out how to upload a photo. But a pipe was not connected. It was a rubber tube about 14 or 15 inches long, and on one end there's a valve on it, that's plastic. It has two small openings on each end, it's about two inches across. It was connected to anything. What is this thing?
