Default Engine swap

I recently threw a con rod and my 2007 1000rr. I purchased an Immaculate replacement with 5000 miles on it. I want to prep the motor and I want to know if anyone has a good suggestion on whether or not I should flush new motor and what to use if I do. I'm putting a brand new mobile one K&N oil filter and new OEM spark plugs NGK.

I would just drain what's in there and fill it with new.
