Default CBR954RR in Oregon

Hey CBR Homies!!
I recently hooked up a 2002 CBR 954 RR and lovin' it. 12,2xx miles. Too bad it's now raining like a bit** here in Oregon. Customs include: Erion pipe, Custom tail & LED blinkers (no pic, I'll get one later), Peeled and custom decals, tinted screen, aluminum sliders, CBR grips, wanna-be carbon mirrors ( I don't like that fake crap), Pirelli/Michelin rubber, and recovered rear seat. I am not a fan of mixing tires and know they should be matched. Any suggestions?
It seems like the bike easily hits 210 degrees just farting around town at about 20-30 mph with air temp at about 65-75. This does not seem right to me since it's not that warm out. I've considered heat tape on the pipes. Suggestions...
I don't have much time tonight but will update ASAP.
Peace out, Mike

Comments ( and suggestions on custom stuff) on picture appreciated.
