Hey guys so I have a 2001 cbr600f4i my f1 light is on it has 2 long blinks and 3 short blinks can anyone assist me?

That is the equivalent of 23 flashes. That is indicating an issue with the O2 sensor, which is only on California bikes. Get the shop manual. It has a procedure in it for testing/troubleshooting the O2 sensor.
