i have a cbr600f 2003 model i have a ticking noise at 2500 rpm / 3000 rpm , but nothing on tick over or revving at a stand still, i changed my automatic cam chain tenioner for a new one original honda but the noise is still there , it sounds like it's definitely top endish , any ideas.

I have exactly the same issue.
Which side is it coming from?
Mine's emanating from the left hand side so it's not the CCT. I've had a mechanic take the head off and have a good dig around, and still cant find anything wrong. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
