Default cbr600f

I have a cbr500 and a cbr600f non runner. It does not want to start.
Love Honda but this one hounds me.
It has new starter engine and carbs cleaned twice in the repair shop.
It does almost want to start. When I turn the starter engine for like half an hour then I hear a good half willing bang from the exhaust. I have a multimeter but do not know how to wield it.
Any help welcome.

Have you tried a direct hook up to an auxiliary fuel tank?

Welcome to the forum hounda!
Not knowing anything about your problem I'd have to say start with a compression check. If you have compression next check for spark. If you have spark check to see if you have fuel delivery.
You should have these results and report them to the CBR600F section of the main forum.
I wish you luck and hope you get her running.
