Hey guys/gals - Just introducing myself on the forum. I am in Chattanooga TN, and just bought a "new" to me 2008 CBR 600rr Black/Silver. I have been into sport bikes for about 10 years, first bike was 2000 Kawasaki Ninja, then 2002 CBR F4i (sold 3 years ago), and now after a break 2008 600rr. Will post photo of my last f4i, and my new 600rr. Joined the forum to get more information, knowledge, chat, line-up local rides.

Welcome from a fellow Tennessean! Nice looking bikes! Ever go to the dragstrip? I used to go to the one in Chattanooga but track prep got plum pitiful so we stopped going. We are having a HUGE all bike dragrace this coming Saturday in Huntsville, AL. You should come on down, will be ALOT of bad bikes there. We will be easy to spot...pretty much the only Hondas there LOL. Usually have a big HONDA banner up, not sure if it will be there Saturday or not. Look for green suburban with white enclosed with huge Honda wing on it and MIMS Racing on the side. Stop by and hang out!

Hey, thanks for the welcome, and comments. cbr900racer77 - I used to go to the dragstrip in Chattanooga as spectator. haven't ever ran my bikes though. Awesome to watch. Wish I was free this weekend to make it down to Huntsville - unfortunately working. Maybe next time, would like to make the ride down. 2H company - HDR is my new kick, still in the learning stage, but enjoy playing around with it. Actually just went on a ride yesterday on one of the mountains nearby to try and get some better shots.
