worry about learning to ride first! Fast comes later, not to mention is a given on a motorcycle from the get go.

Sounds like your criteria for which bike to buy is #1.Looks good. #2.Practicality. You have those two backwards bud. Honestly, out of everything you've posted that 500 ninja would be your best bet, followed by the GS500f Suz. You are aware that you can find a 2008 250 Ninja for about 3 grand on craiglist from time to time right?

More than enough bike for a beginning rider. Don't judge it based off of it engine size, they aren't as slow as most people think. Snappy comes to mind, and the 2008+ ones look sweet.

I dont think id ever waste money on a 250. I think i'm gonna pick up a gsxr 600 for about $2800. From what I've heard it may not be the most comfortable bike but its probably not going to be my last one...and its not going to be my daily either lol
