Just got this bike a few days ago, wont start anymore and all the sudden the fuel pump made a terrible noise when pimed and when it started doing this it ran for a few hours and was clicking rapidly when idling or under acceleration, i already ordered a new pump and relay but im assuming the pump is bad?

 

@Jacob1998 Hi and welcome to the forum. Something to keep in mind is that the Fuel Pump on the 1999 and 2000 F4's do not prime when you turn on the ignition key. The fuel pump normally makes a clicking sound as it's running, and you can feel it if you put your hands on it. The clicking may stop and start, particularly when at low RPM's.
