Default 94 CBR 600F2 - St. Cloud, MN

Whats up guys, just checking in. I currently live in St. Cloud, MN but you can catch me riding all over the Mid-West and Eastern Minnesota. Anyways, about my bike, I picked it up last fall, straight up trade for my 98 Arctic Cat ZR600 EFI. The bike is near stock, with just a Vance and Hines slip on and flush mount rear turn signals. The bike had only 122xx something miles on it when we traded. Now it has about 132xx and i've been loving every minute of it. Bought the bike as my first, took the MSF course and got my license here about 2 weeks ago. Anyways, a few pics for ya.

Hello Rolson, I agree with Junkie, beautiful bike; congratulations. Kudos for taking the MSF too. That's amazing that a 10+ year old bike has those miles, 12K is nothing.
Welcome to the Forum

Thanks for the welcome guys. CBRclassic, while I am a newb here, I'm no newb to forums, being on about 7 of them now I know how to work most vBulliten things. Thanks for all the info also, those shop manuals are PRICELESS.

Anyways, more about the bike.

I rode it once last August, on only my permit, and as my first ride on the bike. It sat over the winter and this spring did a full matinece overhaul. Changed brake fluid (front and back) oil, coolant, lubed up the chain and cleaned up the sprokets, previous owner that did the turn signals had wired them in and made it impossible to fully remove the rear fairings, so we placed in some quick release plugs, and just last weekend put on brand new skin. Dunlop Qualifiers FTW!

More about me. I'm into just about everything with a motor and wheels (or tracks, lol). Here's a few pics of my other toy:

Yep. The jist of my tax return went into the car. All but 250 bucks went to it, and that 250 went to the bike getting it's new skin. The list for the car goes something like this:
Suspension: $300
Exhaust: $100
Wheels: $300
Custom Powder Coating: $200

Yea, I spent it all real fast like... Just to give you an idea, here's what it looked like last summer:

Yea, I did work. This summer the motor see's it's fair share. The price tag for the build is going to be some where around $2g. All for a little autoX.

Thanks a lot. Looks like there is plenty of information for me here. I may even try and swipe up a few fairing/fender pieces to replace the cracked ones that I have half-a**ed fixed!
