Hi and welcome to the forum. Naturally ebay is going to be the easiest way. A locksmith might be able to do something but swapping locks with something that has keys already might be the way to go.

Default 750 hurricane keys

Hi everyone just an update on my quest to find someone to sort me a key for the hurricane, I took the ignition barrel to Bolton lock company left it with them for 3 days and hey presto stripped and rebuilt barrel and 2 keys 🔑 £30 which I thought was a bargain, now I can at least get the tank off and start working on the rebuild

That's a result Ian, welcome to the forum.
Are you new to or back to biking?
I'm not too far away from you in Preston, just can't wait to be able to get up into the hills again

Default Answer to AI1040

I have always had a bike in my garage up to 18months ago my wife has osteoporosis in spine (9 fractures) so obviously can't ride pillion any more, I kept opening the garage door and it didn't look right so rather than no bike I bought the 750 hurricane project it should keep me busy for a while 🥲👍

Sorry to hear about the good lady.
In a similar vein I have been doing a number of things to my bike over the lockdown that probably would have not been done otherwise!
Good luck with the project any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Cheers
Al
