Default D**khead dealership! Honda Marysville Motorsports...

I didn't know where else to post this, so I'm posting it in this regional section...I live in Marysville (Columbus), Ohio...there's a dealership here, Honda Marysville Motorsports, well, they just went under new management<new everybody, except for 1 salesman who's been there forever. DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING ANY KIND OF BUISNESS WITH THAT PLACE!!! Until now, that place WAS the place to go if you wanted anything for your bike or if you wanted a new bike, that place WAS awesome! Not now! The new GM is an a**hole, so is the new parts manager, and the other salesmen, and the Ast manager...EVERYONE! There are 2 people there that are good people, and they are the 2 techs Doug and Jamie, everyone else, well, f**k them! They don't care about you or your needs, etc., the only thing they give a f**k about is making a dollar. They're also 2faced, which I found out today. Here's a list of the a**holes: Co-Owner<?, GM-Brian Smith, AstM-Toby Wilson, Salesman<Tom, Parts Dept<Joe ? and Bob Tolin, Service Mng<Dan Hardman...I asked someone why they got rid of everyone and they said that the people that held their positions before them didn't ever meet the numbers when needed, so, instead of keeping the nice, caring, down to earth people, they hired a bunch of dumba** ******! Ex: I was trying to take my Vortex frame slider pucks off, well, I called up there and asked to speak to the tech who installed my sliders because I couldn't find a socket to fit the puck, anyways, he refused to let me talk to him and said that if I wanted to talk to him that I'd have to come up there and then pay for the time that he spends with me. I was like," All I need to know is what socket he used to install my pucks! Do you know what size it is?" and he's like," A 12mm"...I'm like," No, I don't think that it's a 12mm" and he said "Well, I don't know what to tell you then. If you want to come up here and have us take a look at it, you're going to pay for the time we spend with you or the bike." The other co-owner is on vacation, or else I'd talk to him<he's pretty cool. I just can't believe that they got rid of everyone! Anyways I just thought that I'd give everyone the heads up so you can take your hard earned money elsewhere and actually do buisness with better people.

well I can definatly understand your fustration. especially when someone takes over your favorite spot and just ruins it.

but, in some defense, I can also understand the guys point on this. I dont know about how his attitude was, that doenst sound very good. but since I am a manager of technicians(different industry) I would have done the same thing probably, but found a better way to say it.
It is his job to be a filterbetween you and the work they need to do. A guy calling up and asking what size wrench he needs does not qualify as something that a technician needs to stop his job to deal with. Mostany tech would have been cussing if you actually did pull them off a bike toask them what size wrench your frame slider is.

Default The real truth now

This post has been on here for a while and I feel I must set the record straight. First off this 05RR who decided to bash my dealership is known con artist in the central Ohio and Michigan area. Without getting into too many details please stay away from this guy unless you want to go to jail for some shady con that he tries to manipulate you into. He obviously has no idea what he is talking about because all of the same people work at the dealership to this day that he's saying were gotten rid of for "not meeting their numbers"......complete line of crap! We have little to no turnover because we do treat our customers and employees right so he is completely full of it. In fact the only person I did terminate was the employee that he conviced to steal parts and accessories for him. We take pride in our store and all share a common passion for what we do everyday with great people and motorcyclists and then idiots like this guy come along an blow a bunch of smoke because he thinks he's cool and going to meet a bunch of new friends to con a CBR forum. So anyway, please take my advice and stay as far away from this crook as you can. Oh and by the way how can you tell people to not spend their "hard earned money" when you are a lying, stealing, con artist for a living.....hmm figure that one out! I didn't prosecute him when I really should have so I must not be too unfair of a guy!

Have to agree with the above poster, I actually drive past a honda dealership 5 minutes from my home to go to Marysville (30 minute ride) to get my bike looked at or worked on. I've had nothing but positive dealings with the folks at Honda Marysville.
