Default Hey Y'all!

After many years of riding on the back of my hubby's bikes, I've FINALLY convinced him to get me one!! On Saturday he got an 07 1000RR (black) and I got an 07 600RR, white with silver graphics. I am sooo excited! I have never driven a bike before, but plan on taking the MSF course in the near future. For now, hubby's teaching me...and he's such a good teacher! I've practiced taking off uphilll, taking off downhill, cornering and braking. I'm notcomfortable enoughto go on the road yet, but I already love this bike so much!!! I already had a jacket/gloves and helmet from riding with him, but am having a hard time finding pants. Do they even make ladie's protective riding jeans? I live in texas and I really think leather's would be way too hot. Anysuggestions? Here's a quick pic of the bikes....it's not a great picture cuz I was anxious to get to riding...

Congratulations on the new bike![sm=groupwave.gif] I love that color scheme.
Icon makes some riding jeans for women http://www.bikebandit.com/product/2830
Although on that site there are not many sizes left.
Good luck with the practice!
