OK, now I'm really confused.

What would I rather have? a beautiful original CB750 or an equally beautiful original Z1?

Or perhaps, some bastard amalgam of the two?

Actually tending to the latter; simply because I'll probably never come across another one.

DOHC is the giveaway, other than that it looks at home in there.

Nice looking older bike.

Swamping things these days is much harder. With all the hoses, radiators, gizmos and sensors, not to mention they use the engine as part of the frame, it would be hard to make a swap. In the old days all you had to do is get fuel to the carbs and power to the coils.

I can't count how many engines I fired up on the garage floor with jumper cables to a battery and a little bottle of gas. Now you need a computer hooked to the damn things.
